crd场景下触发RAS后，多pod节点无法完整收取日志
A3环境
1、拉起2P1D的四机A3服务，其中D占两台A3 2、构造其中一个D节点发生故障，触发两个D节点重启 3、日志只记录其中一个D节点的日志
