Motivation

Dataset Refactor: Modify the configuration file data.json and delete redundant code

Modification

1.Add a shuffle switch to the LengthGroupedSampler class and modify the default configuration.
2.Modify data.json: Delete unnecessary fields in t2v and add fields to feature.
3.Remove redundant code from t2vdataset and i2vdataset
4.Modify get_sora_feature file
