背景

training/torch_rec_v1/hybrid_torchrec 当前对查表算子与自定义算子的调用方式，需要适配两项上游改动：

1. rec_cust_ops 包编译安装：算子 OPP 不再由 presmoke/run.sh 逐算子独立编译注册，而是统一由 rec_cust_ops python 包（cust_op/setup.py + build_whl.sh）编译安装。import rec_cust_ops 即自动设置 ASCEND_CUSTOM_OPP_PATH 并加载对应芯片 host library，完成 OPP 注册。
2. fbgemm_ascend recops 命名空间迁移：split_embedding 查表算子已从 fbgemm/mxrec 老命名（如 aclnnBackwardCodegenAdagradUnweightedExact）迁移到 recops 命名空间（如 aclnnRecopsBackwardCodegenAdagradUnweightedExact），并在 torch_plugin 侧新增 TORCH_LIBRARY_FRAGMENT(mxrec, m) 注册。

任务

• hybrid_torchrec 中 import 与调用路径切换为 rec_cust_ops 包方式（import rec_cust_ops，不再依赖独立算子 OPP 路径注册）。
• 同步适配 fbgemm_ascend recops 命名空间下的算子符号与调用约定。
• 确保 presmoke / torchrec 用例在 rec_cust_ops 包安装后仍能正确加载算子。
