变更摘要
本次变更主要为 ascend 组织下 20 个仓库的 YAML 配置文件补充保护分支（type: protected）声明，涵盖 MindCluster 和 MindSDK 两个 SIG 下的多个子目录。改动包括两类：一是为已有分支条目补全遗漏的 type: protected 标记，二是新增版本分支及特性分支的保护条目。所有变更均为纯增量添加（110 行新增，0 行删除），不涉及任何删除或修改现有逻辑。
主要改动

补全已有分支遗漏的
type: protected标记：MindCluster-AscendNPUBurn.yaml中branch_v26.1.0、mind-cluster.yaml中slownode、perf-reference-ascend.yaml中master、faiss.yaml中main与master、HierarchicalKV-ascend.yaml中develop、mindsdk-referenceapps.yaml中Agent_merge_branch等分支原本缺少type: protected字段，现已补全，确保这些分支受保护。 -
新增版本迭代分支保护：在多个 YAML 中统一添加
branch_v26.0.0、branch_v26.1.0、tech_v26.2.0（含tech_v26.2.0_agentos）等当前活跃版本分支的保护配置，覆盖MEF.yaml、OMSDK.yaml、ascend-deployer.yaml、mindcluster-deploy.yaml、AgentSDK.yaml、IndexSDK.yaml、MultimodalSDK.yaml、RAGSDK.yaml、VisionSDK.yaml、mindsdk-referenceapps.yaml等文件。 -
新增历史/特殊版本分支保护：为
ascend-deployer.yaml添加7.2.RC1、26.0.0、7.3.0等版本；为RecSDK.yaml添加branch_v7.3.0-RC1、branch_v7.2.0-RC1、branch_v6.0.0等发布分支；为fbgemm-ascend.yaml添加v1.4.0版本分支，补全了历史发布线的保护。 -
新增特性/实验分支保护：为
ascend-deployer.yaml添加appliance_deployer、br_open_claw、alan-deployer等特性分支；为memcache.yaml添加br_feature_ssd_pool、br_embedding_develop等开发分支；为RecSDK.yaml添加develop_examples_and_tools、develop_hbm_save、develop_embcache、develop_torchrec150_poc、feat_ngo等开发分支的保护配置。 -
新增公共辅助分支保护：多个文件中新增
out分支（MEF.yaml、OMSDK.yaml、MindInferenceService.yaml、AgentSDK.yaml）以及experimental分支（mindcluster-deploy.yaml、mindsdk-referenceapps.yaml、RecSDK.yaml）的保护声明，确保这些常用辅助分支同样受到保护。
