pytorch-ecosystem.yaml仓库配置文件：在AscendForPyTorch/sigs/usability/ascend/目录下新建了pytorch-ecosystem.yaml，定义了仓库名称为pytorch-ecosystem，类型为public，默认分支为master，描述为 Ascend for PyTorch 生态活动官方仓库。 - 扩展
sig-info.yaml仓库与 committer 列表：在可用性 SIG 信息文件中新增了Ascend/pytorch-ecosystem仓库条目，并为其分配了 6 名 committer（linhan37、xushuaiyxf、helixing、qianxiyue、ltllt1、chenrayray）。 - 修复
sig-info.yaml末尾换行符：原有最后一条记录wangzihan-zzz行末缺少换行符，已补充修复。
