此 PR 主要对 AscendForPyTorch/sigs/core/sig-info.yaml 中的 Core SIG 评审人配置进行更新，新增三名核心评审人，并清理/调整了部分仓库模块的评审人列表。
主要改动
- 新增三名 Core 评审人：在多个仓库（
Ascend/pytorch、Ascend/op-plugin）的committers列表中统一添加了xuyun15、wanglijun55、xiu_21三个gitcode_id，使其具备 Core 评审权限。 - 移除重复或不再需要的评审人：从
Ascend/pytorch仓库的profiler路径条目中移除了ffmh，并从Ascend/op-plugin仓库中移除了sunyu-xuan。 - 调整
wanglijun55的位置：将wanglijun55从Ascend/op-plugin仓库顶层committers列表中原有位置移除，改为与xuyun15、xiu_21一道统一添加到该仓库及Ascend/pytorch的多个子路径条目中。
