本次变更主要围绕 MindCluster 与 MindSDK 两个社区的组织成员信息及 SIG 分支管理配置进行更新。在成员层面，两个 org-info.yaml 中移除了 tc_members 里的 HLiuzp（刘志飘），并在 MindCluster 中新增了 yangjingyao（杨晶垚）。在分支层面，多个 sig-info.yaml 的 repositories.branch_configs 中补充了新的受保护分支，涉及 release_v26.2.0 及若干带版本号的 release 分支，用于扩展对应仓库的 branch_keeper 权限覆盖范围。

- TC 成员调整: 在
MindCluster/org-info.yaml与MindSDK/org-info.yaml中删除tc_members条目HLiuzp（刘志飘），并在MindCluster/org-info.yaml新增成员yangjingyao（杨晶垚）。 - MindCluster SIG 分支扩充:
MindCluster/sigs/MindCluster/sig-info.yaml在多个branch_configs的branch列表中新增release_v26.2.0，并新增release_v25.07.0-0.104-26.2.0分支。 - AgentSDK 分支扩充:
MindSDK/sigs/AgentSDK/sig-info.yaml在branch_v26.1.0基础上新增release_v26.2.0分支。 - MindSeriesSDK 分支扩充:
MindSDK/sigs/MindSeriesSDK/sig-info.yaml新增release_v26.2.0与release_v1.13.2-26.2.0两个分支。
