本次变更的目标是移除 release/v26.2.0 以及相关命名变体（release/v1.5.0-26.2.0）的分支配置。该清理同时作用于 MindSDK/sigs/RecSDK/ascend/ 目录下各仓库的分支保护声明和 MindSDK/sigs/RecSDK/sig-info.yaml 中的分支版本经理配置：凡是含 release/v26.2.0 的条目或字段，都被整条删除，其他分支配置保持不变。

主要改动

• 清理仓库分支保护声明：在 HierarchicalKV-ascend.yaml、RecSDK.yaml、ops-rec.yaml 的 branches 配置中删除 release/v26.2.0 的 protected 条目，使这些仓库不再声明该受保护分支。
• 同步 fbgemm-ascend.yaml 的版本分支：删除该文件中 release/v1.5.0-26.2.0 分支配置项，保留原有的 v1.4.0 等分支定义。
• 清理 sig-info.yaml 的分支归属：在 repositories 下的多个 branch_configs.branch 列表中移除 release/v26.2.0，并同步移除 release/v1.5.0-26.2.0，使各仓库的分支列表与上述 yaml 文件保持一致。
• 保留版本经理配置：上述删除仅移除分支条目本身，branch_keeper（gitcode_id 为 chenyuanming008、xiangjie10）等角色配置未作调整。

影响范围：该变更仅涉及仓库分支配置，属于配置层面的清理，移除了已废弃版本分支的声明和维护角色关联，不影响其他分支及代码逻辑。
