[flang][Multi-Image] Moving Mutli-image lowering to PRIF into the MIF dialect (#161179) Support for multi-image features has begun to be integrated into LLVM. A new dialect which simplifies lowering to PRIF wil be proposed in this PR. [flang][OpenMP] Pass OpenMP version to getOpenMPDirectiveName (#139131) The OpenMP version is stored in LangOptions in SemanticsContext. Use the fallback version where SemanticsContext is unavailable (mostly in case of debug dumps). [flang] Do not create omp_lib.f18.mod files (#156311) The build system used to create .f18.mod variants for all .mod files, but this was removed in #85249. [flang] Update target rewrite to support workgroup and private attributions (#164515) Some operations like the gpu.func have arguments that need to stay in place while rewriting the signature. This is the case for the workgroup and private attribution. Update the target rewrite pass to be aware of that when adding argument at the end of the function signature. [flang] Add clang-tidy check for braces around if Flang diverges from the llvm coding style in that it requires braces around the bodies of if/while/etc statements, even when the body is a single statement. This commit adds the readability-braces-around-statements check to flang's clang-tidy config file. Hopefully the premerge bots will pick it up and report violations in Phabricator. We also explicitly disable the check in the directories corresponding to the Lower and Optimizer libraries, which rely heavily on mlir and llvm and therefore follow their coding style.
