在 Dynamo compile-mode 下创建 flex attention metadata 时，logger 的 isEnabledFor 条件会进入 tracing 并引发分支错误。需要在 flex_attention_metadata.py 的日志条件中增加 is_dynamo_compiling 检查，使 compile-mode 跳过 logger 分支。
