torch.nn.DataParallel初始化时，会调用_check_balance方法对设备进行check，这个方法里面会使用设备的multi_processor_count属性，该属性npu上没有。
【修改方案】
torch.nn.DataParallel初始化时，会调用_check_balance方法对设备进行check，这个方法里面会使用设备的multi_processor_count属性，该属性npu上没有。
解决方案是获取multi_processor_count的值时使用vector_core_num或cube_core_num给其赋默认值。
