修改方案直接且简洁，仅涉及两个Python测试文件中的硬件平台白名单配置。具体修改是将相关测试方法的@SupportedDevices装饰器参数从['Ascend910B']更新为['Ascend910B', 'Ascend910C']。此变更不触及任何核心业务逻辑或算法，纯粹是测试执行条件的调整，以允许测试用例在新增的Ascend910C设备上运行。
