本 PR 针对 benchmarks/torchbench/npu_support.py 中的 _patch_model_24() 模型补丁逻辑，删除了将 native_dropout 注册为有序副作用（effect）的配置：移除对 torch._higher_order_ops.effects 中 _EffectType、_register_effectful_op 的导入，以及 _register_effectful_op(torch.ops.aten.native_dropout.default, _EffectType.ORDERED) 的调用，即不再把 dropout 算子按 ORDERED 效果类型处理。该改动仅涉及代码删除，不改变函数对外行为或接口，属补丁配置层面的清理。

主要改动

移除 dropout 效果注册: 删除 _patch_model_24() 中的 _register_effectful_op(torch.ops.aten.native_dropout.default, _EffectType.ORDERED) 调用，使 native_dropout 不再被强制注册为 ORDERED 类型的有序副作用算子。
清理相关导入: 同步移除对 torch._higher_order_ops.effects 模块中 _EffectType 与 _register_effectful_op 两个符号的导入语句。
