Description

Currently, there is no structure in English docs. The user is expected to figure it out on his own while looking at confusing file names, while being exposed to more information than he needs. This MR refines "homepage" for English docs, fixes links and link-checker. The link checker is currently broken, because ignore pattern for mails (link checker detects NPM package names as mails) filters out all links. Some files are ignored, because I couldn't find a solution to that problems in a reasonable time.
