Description
Previously, my understanding of JSResponder was incomplete. Upon comparing with iOS, I found that when a ScrollView's ancestor element becomes the JSResponder, the ScrollView is not allowed to scroll. In iOS, this is achieved through the touchesShouldCancelInContentViewmethod. However, ArkUI does not have a similar method. Here, I implemented it by using m_scrollNode.setEnableScrollInteraction. Therefore, I moved the logic for querying whether an ancestor element is a JSResponder to the ScrollViewComponentInstance.
