App.tsx	feat: properly handle instances of RNGestureHandlerButton in NativeViewGestureHandler handler ## Summary In RNGH, NativeViewGestureHandler handles [newPointerAction()](https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-gesture-handler/blob/a64f74a30142284d67218efb393a7c6e5acae55c/src/web/handlers/NativeViewGestureHandler.ts#L86-L88) and [onPointerMove()](https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-gesture-handler/blob/a64f74a30142284d67218efb393a7c6e5acae55c/src/web/handlers/NativeViewGestureHandler.ts#L99-L104) differently for components, which are not instances of RNGestureHandlerButton. This MR adds necessary code to distinguish those components and properly handle state changes. ## Test plan Run tester app and see if tests defined in Components test section pass.
