paper_flat.py	fix(evals): keep text before the first chapter heading reachable (#286) The PD-03 paper-flat builder sliced chunks from the first matched heading line, so a preface, abstract, or held-out constraint ahead of the first heading was silently dropped from every emitted RAW chunk. Fold that prefix into the first chunk instead of discarding it. The chunk count is unchanged, so supplied metadata still lines up.	12 天前
