bsp: write the conffiles list after the hooks, and check the files are there Builds fail: dpkg-deb: error: conffile "/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/02-armbian-periodic" does not appear in package The list was written before family_tweaks_bsp and post_family_tweaks_bsp. Both write to $destination, and the hook documents that. A tree that changes after the list leaves a dangling entry, and dpkg-deb refuses to build. Write the list after the hooks, where the tree is final. All three files ship from packages/bsp/common, which is copied for every board, so every board must have them. Name the missing file and stop. Dropping it from the list instead would ship a board without that configuration and say nothing. Tested: all three present -> package builds, 3 conffiles 02-armbian-periodic gone -> stops, names the file Fixes the breakage reported on #10985.
