package-lock.json	fix(http): keep cookies across redirects within a single HTTP check Sites behind cookie challenges answer the first request with Set-Cookie and a 302 to the same URL. Without a cookie jar the check never sends the cookie back, loops, and fails with "Redirected 10 times. Aborting." Pass a fresh tough-cookie CookieJar to got on every HTTP check. Cookies live only for that check; nothing is shared between checks or monitors. tough-cookie was already a transitive dependency and is now a direct one. tsconfig.build.json	move openapi out of src dir Adapted from #3579 by @gorkem-bwl. The openapi/registry, helpers, and per-resource routes/* files are largely their work; this commit relocates the directory out of src/ so the build-time generator code is not emitted into dist/, and shifts spec generation from runtime to a build step.
