Build tooling (5.6): empty gate logic, project-analyzer refs, commands/ empty directory handling, harness-ui catalog fallback, parse-work-flags.md consistency. Naming/routing (5.7): /planning→/plan-with-agent unification, verify user-invocable fix, Codex setup dedup, archived dangling refs.
