chore(release): prepare 0.10.0 redesign candidate Supersede the unpublished 0.9.14 candidate with the founder-approved minor release. Synchronize workspace and internal pins, npm/VS Code packages, source facts, install examples, generated notes and contributor credits. Keep latest published facts unchanged and do not create a release tag. Validation: npm test 551 passed, 0 failed (66 wrapper + 14 SDK + 471 web); check:web passed with 821 routes.
