fix: track llms.txt as pageview, not download Matomo's bot telemetry drops download-flagged hits from the AI Chatbots report (verified on the non-prod site: a download-param hit never surfaces while an identical plain hit does), so remove txt from the default DOCUMENT_REGEX as well. llms.txt fetches now record as regular page requests.
