known_broken_documentation.dart	Fix unresolved doc comment references in dev/ tooling (#193501) Fixes doc comment references in `dev/bots`, `dev/devicelab`, `dev/snippets`, `dev/tools`, and `dev/packages_autoroller` that don't resolve in Dart scope. Two comments had inaccurate content, which is also corrected: - `interpolateSkeleton` (`dev/snippets`): the comment said the `id` is only substituted for application samples. The `id` is always substituted; it's the `serial` and `app` that depend on the sample type. - `update_engine_version_test.dart` (`dev/tools`): the comment listed `bin/internal/engine.version` as a file written by `update_engine_version.sh`. The script writes `bin/cache/engine.stamp` and `bin/cache/engine.realm`.
