| [docs] Remove superseded AI rules for Flutter (#192185) Remove the original rule files from `docs/rules` and update the README for the directory to indicate their removal and replacement. Eventually we can remove the README, but we should keep it for now in case other links to the directory remain. The page that references these files has been removed from the Flutter docs. Instead, there's a new, consolidated [Get started developing with AI](https://docs.flutter.dev/ai/get-started) entrypoint documenting agent plugins, the mcp server, and skills. This PR intentionally doesn't leave remnants where the rules files actually were, in case someone was programmatically depending on or extracting them.
