docs: rebuild docs.omi.me as Omi Developers (#23887) * docs: rebuild docs.omi.me as Omi Developers Audience front doors (Get Started / Build / Hardware / How Omi works / Contribute / Reference), redirects for every moved or removed page, legacy banners on DevKit and assembly pages, firmware-accurate DevKit 2 merge, contribution and bounty rules rewrite, developer changelog, generated CLI command and MCP tool inventories, and a timeless-docs style pass (no prices, SLAs, counts, vendor names, or pins in hand-written pages). * chore: repo front door and move internal docs to owning components Rewrite README as a crisp front door, add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant 2.1), align CONTRIBUTING.md with the new bounty and contact rules, remove agent-output clutter (SOL/WQ reports, b2-briefs), and move internal-only docs out of the public docs tree next to their owning code (telemetry transport contract, product telemetry scorecard, Cloud Run jobs checklist, mobile QA checklists, billing currency testing). * ci: docs site gate, volatile-facts lint, and reference drift checks Register docs-site-gate (nav/files, orphans, internal links, images, redirects), docs-volatile-facts (prices, SLAs, counts, vendors, pins with an explicit allowlist), and the CLI/MCP doc generators as manifest checks with hermetic fixture suites for both gate scripts. * chore: declare kind-none mobile changelog fragment for docs moves The app/ changes in this PR only move internal docs (QA checklists, telemetry link); no user-facing app behavior changes. * docs: restore unrelated backend docs and polish start-here, changelog, contribution pages Restore backend/docs/batch-pipeline-worker.md and backend/docs/operational/parakeet-benched-floor.md, which the front-door commit had overwritten with stale content. Rebuild the developer changelog from verified merged PRs (two links pointed at nonexistent PRs and several entries were filed under the wrong month). Correct start-here and privacy claims against the code, drop the legacy DevKit from the device cards, de-duplicate CLI/MCP reference pages in navigation, and fold the contribution guide's repository mechanics into accordions. Extract the custom STT protocol into its own Build page. Remove the remaining self-hosting instructions (BYOK, Backend Setup, MCP custom backend URL). Fix facts checked against code: DevKit 2 storage path and button events, privacy setting names and encryption wording, the chat tool list. Remove a stale hand-written copy of the generated CLI command inventory. Extend the volatile-facts lint with search/STT vendor names, dated retirement notes, and prose emoji, and strip emoji from the app examples.
