chore: file scripts/ under the tool that runs them The directory mixed a Cargo runner with three CI-only helpers. The runner moves next to the config that names it (`.cargo/run-macos.sh` — a runner path with a separator resolves from the repo root, not from `.cargo/`), and the Crowdin merge, changelog writer, and release-notes generator move under `.github/scripts/`, beside the only workflows that invoke them. | 1 个月前 |
