Ppixar-ossAdds an example of an alternate work backend built on libdispatch. This example also does not take advantage of TBB granular thread limiting or TBB's range data structure and defaults to the dispatcher implementation of WorkParallelFor. Furthermore this implementation has only been built and tested on a Mac since libdispatch is available by default as a system library there.
