docs: sweep em dashes out of the active published surface (#180) Em dashes crept back into examples, docs/platform-native.md, several READMEs, the ponytail-debt skill, and a command file since 88431de. Replaced with plain punctuation (commas, matching the house convention), .openclaw mirror regenerated. Follows 88431de's scope: leaves untouched the vendored caveman SKILL.md and the dated benchmarks/results/ writeups (historical records). feat(skills): add /ponytail-gain measured-impact scoreboard (#108) A one-shot scoreboard showing ponytail's measured benchmark impact (less code, less cost, more speed) as plain ASCII bars, then points to /ponytail-debt and /ponytail-audit for this repo's real numbers. Complements the existing skills rather than duplicating them: debt harvests the ponytail: ledger, audit finds what's cuttable, gain shows the measured why-it-matters. No per-repo savings number is ever printed -- the unbuilt version was never written, so there is no real baseline to subtract from in a live repo. The bars carry the published benchmark medians (5 tasks, 3 models); per-repo figures come from debt's count. Ships every adapter the other commands ship: Claude commands/*.toml, OpenCode .opencode/command/*.md, OpenClaw skill (generated), Pi command registration. docs(help): list all 6 skills and fix OpenCode command count (#480) The ponytail-help skills table listed only 4 skills, omitting ponytail-audit and ponytail-debt (both ship as commands). It also claimed OpenCode ships only /ponytail and /ponytail-review, when it ships all six. Add the two missing rows and correct the note. Regenerated the .openclaw copy so it stays in sync. fix: narrow the ponytail: marker to real corner-cuts, keep the prefix (#120) (#577) The ponytail: comment marker was being over-applied to trivial code (#120). Narrow the rule so only deliberate simplifications that cut a real corner with a known ceiling get a comment, and keep the `ponytail:` prefix that /ponytail-debt greps for. Applied across all rule copies, SKILL.md, AGENTS.md, the fallback instructions, both command files, and the Qoder/OpenCode copies that #491 missed; .openclaw regenerated. helpers.test.js now pins the prefix so it cannot silently drop again.
