Switch PR workflows to pull_request_target for fork permissions All three PR workflows (validate, check-links, auto-label) now use pull_request_target instead of pull_request. This runs the workflow in the base repo context with write permissions, so: - Validation comments are posted on fork PRs - Labels are applied to fork PRs - Scripts run from master (contributors can't modify them) PR code is fetched safely via pull/<number>/head ref, and only README.md is checked out from the PR branch. Replace probot/stale with actions/stale workflow Probot stale app is deprecated. Migrated to actions/stale@v9 GitHub Action with the same config: 30 days stale, 7 days to close, PRs only, exempt pinned/security/cleanup/sponsor labels. Add automatic PR review: approve on pass, request changes on fail When validation passes: bot auto-approves the PR so maintainer only needs to click merge. When validation fails: bot submits "Request Changes" review with the specific errors listed, making it clear what needs fixing.
