[NTOS:FSTUB] IoGetBootDiskInformation(): Fix the disks matching condition check. This is the same fix for the same condition check, as the one already applied to `IopCreateArcNamesDisk()` in commit 3fe12f1a7c. This bug was introduced in commit 538b9e4fbf (r49212) and is identical to the one introduced in commit 6d0861e9ed (r49131). The idea behind the condition check, is that we consider the enumerated disk to be a match with the currently-considered one from the ARC disk signatures, *IF*: - there is only one single disk listed in the ARC disk signatures, *AND* only one single disk detected at runtime by the kernel, *AND* this disk is MBR-partitioned; - *OR*, there is one or more disks present and the enumerated disk's signature match the currently-considered ARC disk signature. [NTOS:IO] Implement Win7+ I/O System case (in)sensitivity support (#9475) This functionality is used to control the creation and opening of named device objects in a case-(in)sensitive way. It is controlled with a REG_DWORD value named `IoCaseInsensitive` inside the registry key `HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\I/O System` . When compiled for Win7+, case insensitivity is enabled, which is the expected default (like in the Object Manager). When compiled for Vista and below, case insensitivity is disabled by default. The registry setting allows changing this behaviour for backward/forward compatibility. [NTOS:RAWFS] LE JOKE! - Commit 7716bddd (r24564) claimed to "actually create the \\Device names so that user-mode can even talk to it", yet didn't bother to do that! Certainly due to copy-pasta error from the original code. A consequence of this oversight, was that the IoGetDeviceObjectPointer() calls on these device names, in fltmgr!DriverEntry() couldn't work.
