dxg_int.h	[PSDK][WIN32SS] Fix WINNT in ddraw.h; remove NT_BUILD_ENVIRONMENT usage Keep compatibility with MS PSDK ddraw.h file by using WINNT instead of _WINNT_ in the preprocessor conditional test.
