docs(api): add the HTTP API reference generated from the OpenAPI specs [skip ci] Publishes rivet.dev/docs/api as a site-wide API tab. Endpoint pages, docs/api/sidebar.json, and docs/api/error-registry.json are generated by scripts/docs/gen-api-reference.mjs from docs/api/endpoints.json, the engine and RivetKit OpenAPI specs, the AsyncAPI spec, and the compile-time error artifacts. Hand-written pages cover the overview, authentication, actor keys, actor routing, errors, WebSocket usage, and the inspector and worker connection protocols. - Add the rivetkit-openapi paths that were missing for the gateway routes (queue, metadata, inspector) and drop the removed per-actor metrics route. - Add docs-sync-api.yml so pushes to main regenerate the reference and sync it to the website with its snippets and specs, and docs-api-check.yml so PRs fail when the generated pages are stale. - Fail rust.yml when cargo check changes engine/artifacts/errors without committing them, since they feed the error codes page. - Remove docs/actors/content/docs/http-api.mdx in favor of the new bundle. - Document the sync rules in CLAUDE.md, docs/CLAUDE.md, and .claude/reference/docs-sync.md.
