docs: correct seventeen documented defaults in the config reference (#7732) Every default in `docs/config/README.md` compared against the `Default` impls in `src/configs/`. Seventeen cells disagreed with the source: - `erlang.detect_files` said `elang.mk`, the source says `erlang.mk` - `fennel.disabled` and `nats.disabled` said `false`, both default true - `haxe.detect_files` listed `project.xml`, `Project.xml` and `application.xml`, which the module has never detected - `java.detect_extensions` said `cljs`, the source says `clj` - `maven.detect_folders` said `['.mvn']`; #7426 emptied it so a user's own `.mvn` config would not be taken for a project - `memory_usage.format` and `nats.format` had drifted from the source - `nodejs.detect_files` omitted the six `!` exclusions - `pixi.detect_files` omitted `pixi.lock` - `python.pyenv_prefix` dropped the trailing space the variables table three rows below shows - `quarto` and `typst` wrote their extensions with a leading dot, which the "Which extensions" convention does not use - `raku.version_format` said `v${raw}`, the source says `${raw}` - `red.detect_extensions` omitted `reds`, which the prose above lists - `scala.style` said `red dimmed`, the source says `red bold` - `solidity.format` had a space before the closing bracket `dprint fmt` re-flowed the affected tables, which is the rest of the diff.
