ui	fix(start-os): allow long UI sideload uploads (#4135) * fix(start-os): bypass the service worker for long sideload uploads Service-worker fetch events cut off slow browser uploads after about five minutes, even though the HTTP client disables its own timeout. Use Angular’s ngsw-bypass header for the upload continuation; ordinary RPC and asset requests retain their existing handling. Show upload failures through the shared ErrorService while retaining background upload and Services progress. Exclude generated coverage reports from formatting checks. patchdb-ui-seed.beta.json	feat(ui): add a grid view to installed services (#3868) The Installed services page renders a grid of service tiles as well as the table, chosen by a toggle in the page header and remembered in the ui node of patch-db so the choice follows the user across browsers. Below the mobile breakpoint the table loses its headers and re-grids every row, so the grid is forced there and the toggle is hidden; the row's mobile styles go with it.
