anthropic_parallel_tools.rs	fix(translation): assemble fragmented Chat tool names before emission (#785) Buffer and combine partial tool names correctly before emitting them in Anthropic and Responses formats With Chat Completions sources, upstream backends can split a tool name across deltas ("wea" + "ther"). The old decode path passed each fragment straight through, so cross-format targets emitted a truncated name - Anthropic's content_block_start got "ther", Responses' output_item.added got the last fragment. extension_points.rs	fix(translation): preserve URL citations between Chat and Responses (#730) A response that did a web search can include an `annotation` field with a URL citation that looks like this: ``` {"type":"url_citation","url_citation":{"url":"https://linkerd.io/docs/reference/load-balancing/","title":"Load Balancing | Linkerd","start_index":0,"end_index":0,"content":"Linkerd uses a sophisticated .."}} ``` In fact I think it's the only type of `annotation` that currently exists. Now we support them, carrying them through normalized responses. We preserve URLs, titles, and character offsets in both buffered translation directions.
