feat(scorers)!: judge every pass and session through teamai-score, a default workflow a team can override (#1700) Every judging path now runs one default workflow, `teamai-score`: a step's `scorers:`, `teamai-share-session`, benchmark trials, finished sessions (`teamai-finished-sessions`) and `teamai score`. A team can read it, reword its judge prompt or drop stages, and any driver runs it with `workflow next` / `report`. Code keeps the invariants: confinement of the judge step, sampling, `daily_limit`, label checks, and judging each subject once. Breaking: `score --next/--lease/--submit/--json/--stdin` are removed (use `workflow next` / `report`); `score --queue` becomes `--driver none`; `teamai score` inside an agent session answers `invoke_denied`; `push --file/--path` (never released) is removed. The CHANGELOG lists the migration. New generic workflow keys: `continue_on_failure`, `private`, `workspace: { confined }`, `deliver: publish` with a per-branch queue of kept patches that `pull`, `score --push` and `score --drain` send in order, `$TEAMAI_RUN_DIR`, and `benchmark run --task/--arm`.
