fix(subscriptions): re-queue an RSS item after its download is removed (#485) * fix(subscriptions): re-queue an RSS item after its download is removed Deleting the download left the feed item marked queued, so it could not be added again. Clear that task link on removal, at startup, and before a manual enqueue, and keep the feed row so the next refresh does not download it automatically. Add Copy URL to the desktop and web feed menus. * fix(subscriptions): consult the shared task database before clearing a queue link TaskQueueAPI.get only sees tasks loaded into this process.
