related to this competition. This is a source-available license and is not an
OSI-approved open-source license.

## Permitted Use

You may:

  judging, review, demonstration, local reproduction, or non-commercial
  learning.
- Reference the project concept or technical implementation in competition
  discussion, review notes, or non-commercial study, with attribution to
  Lyn Li (@LynLi) and this repository.

## Competition Organizer Authorization

The competition organizer is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to
reproduce, display, archive, and publicize this work solely for non-commercial
competition judging, exhibition, archival, and promotional purposes.
Ownership of all intellectual property in the original project files remains
with Lyn Li (@LynLi).

## Restrictions

Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:

- Use this project, source code, UI, business workflow, demo data structure,
  or any derived work for commercial purposes.
- Deploy this project as a production system, paid service, SaaS product,
  internal commercial tool, client delivery, or resale package.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, commercially redistribute, repackage, or present
  this project as your own product.
- Use the project name, visual identity, screenshots, or competition materials
  for commercial promotion, except for the organizer authorization above.
- Remove or obscure this license notice or the copyright attribution.

## Demo Data and Credentials

The repository is intended to contain only simulated or desensitized demo
data. It must not be treated as a source of real customer, supplier, contract,
pricing, credential, token, or private business information. No credentials
or private data are licensed for use or redistribution.

## Third-Party Components

Third-party software, libraries, fonts, APIs, models, standards text, and
other external materials are governed by their respective licenses and terms.
This license applies only to the original project files owned by Lyn Li
(@LynLi) and does not relicense any third-party component. See
