permissionPanelRegistry.ts	feat(ui): add plan mode ExitPlanModePanel and persist permission mode Add ExitPlanModePanel interactive renderer so users can review and approve plan execution with a structured UI. Register it for ExitPlanMode / exit_plan_mode / ExitPlanModeV2 tool names. Persist the selected permission mode to localStorage and restore it across sessions. Simplify the permission mode cycle to default and bypassPermissions. Auto-map plan run-mode to plan permission mode.
