Minor release of foxBMS 2 (v1.11.0) This release introduces basic TCP/IP support. This enables an alpha version of the Ethernet interface, which can be tested via ping and the integrated Echo Server. The Python development environment is updated to '2025-11-pale-fox'. Additional dependencies were updated.
