bridges	refactor(storage): unify database resource lifecycle Coalesce initialization and retain database owners until awaited close succeeds. Use stable ArkData acquisition/release identities across bridge and worker timeouts, retain temporary probe/drop cleanup, and preserve RPC diagnostics.
