fix(test): app-runtime 测试 mock 补齐 logger/hooks 导出，修复 CI 失败 本分支 app.ts 新增 import ApplicationRegistry，其 import 链连带加载 registry.ts → aikernel/messages.ts（import { logger, getDebugMode }）与 aikernel/skill.js（顶层调 GlobalHooks.afterToolcallParse）。测试的 unstable_mockModule mock 集合未覆盖这些导出，ESM loader 严格校验下： 1. SyntaxError: logger.js does not provide an export named 'getDebugMode' → mock 补 getDebugMode/setDebugMode/LogStream 2. Limit bundled skills to configured platforms The analysis-result-visualizer skill relies on the host UI rendering inline graphics, which the CLI has no capability for, so it should not be injected there. Bundled skill loading now consults BUILTIN_SKILL_PLATFORMS in skillmgr, which maps a skill name to the platforms it may load on. Skills without an entry keep loading on every platform.
