| fix(config): disable OpenClaw built-in og-memory plugin in template
The built-in og-memory plugin runs in local mode and starts its own
AGFS + CE, bypassing our config/ogmem.yaml. Disable it so only our
og-memory-context-engine (mode: remote) is active.
