- 根因: Actions v8 的 startTime 未暴露为命令 flag，且 API 不支持 commit 参数。
- 主要修改: 新增 --created 服务端时间过滤与 --commit 客户端 head_sha 精确过滤，补齐组合分页测试和文档。

- 单元测试: go test ./... 通过；变更包覆盖率 85.1%。

gh run list的过滤能力。现状
gc actions run list支持--status/--event/--branch/--executor/--workflow/--workflow-id/--pr。gh 额外有--commit/--created/--user。需求
--created <date>按创建时间过滤。API 已有
startTime/endTime参数（见api.ActionsListRunsOptions和api/queries_actions.go中的SetInt64("startTime"...)/SetInt64("endTime"...)），但 gc 未暴露为 flag。将
--created解析为日期，映射到 API 的startTime参数（当天 00:00:00 的 Unix 时间戳）。--commit <SHA>按 commit SHA 过滤。GitCode API 无直接参数，在客户端对
head_sha字段过滤。命令接口（增强后）
新增 Flags:
--created <date>：按创建日期过滤（格式 YYYY-MM-DD）--commit <SHA>：按 commit SHA 过滤（客户端过滤）对齐 gh 参考
