feat(repo): add gc repo branch list and create subcommands Add two new branch subcommands: - branch list: list all branches in a repository (GET /branches) with --json, --limit, --page, --format flags; marks default branch - branch create: create a new branch from a ref (POST /branches) with --ref, --description, --json flags API additions in queries_repo.go: - ListBranches function + BranchListOptions - CreateBranch function + CreateBranchRequest - Branch struct extended with Description and DefaultBranch fields 14 unit tests (7 list + 7 create) cover: flags validation, path construction, JSON output, human-readable output, empty result, error handling, orDash helper.
