branchprotection.go	feat(repo): add gc repo branch-protection CRUD — list/create/update/delete Add a new repo branch-protection command group with 4 subcommands: - list: list all branch protection rules (GET /protect_branches) with --json support - create: create a protection rule (PUT /branches/setting/new) with --wildcard/--pusher/--merger flags, secret scan on pusher/merger - update: update a rule (PUT /branches/{wildcard}/setting) with --pusher/--merger flags, at least one required - delete: delete a rule (DELETE /branches/{wildcard}/setting) API additions in queries_repo.go: - BranchProtection type (name/push_users/merge_users/developers_can_push etc) - BranchProtectionRequest type (wildcard/pusher/merger with omitempty) - ListBranchProtections, CreateBranchProtection, UpdateBranchProtection, DeleteBranchProtection functions - All use escapedRepoPath for URL construction 15 unit tests (4 list + 4 create + 4 update + 3 delete) cover: flag validation, success, JSON output, empty results, error handling, no-wildcard error, no-fields error.
