fix(iostreams): detect input terminals with a real TTY check The char-device test misread /dev/null (and NUL on Windows) as an interactive terminal, so confirmation gates printed their prompt and relied on the empty-EOF fallback instead of failing up front. test(iostreams): use os.DevNull so Windows CI covers NUL The hardcoded /dev/null path made the two discriminating tests skip on windows-latest, leaving the NUL form of the fix with no regression guard; os.DevNull opens NUL there and /dev/null elsewhere.
