Windows multi-window launcher plugin: boots 4 AtomCode windows (2 left/right Snap groups) + 3 terminal groups (pwsh/ps/cmd, each auto-running atomcode), real Snap pinning during the 50ms foreground window, group isolation via Esc+Win+D, auto mode via shift+tab+tab.
