| test(tuix): vt100 snapshot tests for OnboardingWizard; poison-safe test_lock
Adds four VirtualTerminal-backed snapshot tests covering Step 1
borders (en), Step 2 bilingual title + zh option labels, Step 1
compact fallback under 22 rows, and Step 3 bullet-column alignment.
Assertions account for the vt100 parser leaving a blank
continuation cell after each CJK double-width glyph.
Hardens i18n::test_lock to recover from a poisoned mutex via
into_inner so one panicking test cannot cascade PoisonError into
every subsequent locale-touching test.
