| chore: headless 忽略 ProviderChanged 事件 + 提交 webui/dist 构建产物
- cli: run_headless 的事件 match 补上 AgentEvent::ProviderChanged(_)
忽略臂（live-sync only，headless 无对端不会产生），修复新增变体
后的非穷尽编译错误
- webui/dist: 强制纳入完整构建产物（index.html + assets/*.{js,css}
+ favicon.png），index.html 引用与 assets 哈希一致
